For Beauty products, you can only exchange if the seal is unbroken and this can be done within 2 days of receipt. Due to the fact that Accessories (Bags and Eyewears) do not hold security labels, waybill details must show it was despatched on the same day of delivery (send it out immediately you see an issue), and only if there is a problem with the merchandise on transit. Also, you will be required to return the item at your own expense (on the same day).
Items can be returned within the same day of receipt of delivery using the Online Return Center to lodge your complaint where an instruction will be given to you. It can take up to 5-25 days for an item to reach us once you have returned it. Once the item is received at our fulfilment center, it takes a maximum of 2 business days for item/s to be processed and despatched. Depending on location, exchanged items will take 3-5 business days to return to you or the same delivery time it took during the previous shipment.
